246-SESR - 20oz SUPER ROUGH SECRET DENIM

The yarn for the first Secret Denim was lost in a fire at a spinning mill, so it had to be changed, and the nep and other expressions had faded, but this denim fabric has gained enough expression to surpass the nep and unevenness of the first Secret Denim by changing the cotton blend and weaving method.

Although the denim structure is different from that of the 20 oz Secret Denim except for the color composition, I have released it under the name Secret Rebirth with the idea that it is a reincarnation of the first Secret Denim.

The model is 182cm tall, weighs 70kg and is wearing a size 32.

"The 20oz SUPER ROUGH SECRET Denim is the rebirth of the first original, produced  Secret Denin with a unique nep and slub structure.

No one else can produce this kind of denim except me, even if someone come up with the idea and try to produce it.

The shulltle looms were manipulated that the thread was woven under very low tension which creates a very soft and slubby structure.

Also for the spinning, instead of using a major company, I use a small and historical spinning mill which have the knowledge to produce this high quality with this unique details, that the major companies can't make.
