• Wide Straight Cut

• Samurai's famous 15oz OTOGOKI Denim, using American Texas Cotton known for it´s unique irregularities and slubby texture

• One Washed - the jeans will not shrink anymore

• Dyed with 100% of pure indigo

• Selvedge with red and gold lamé, which symbolize the sharpness of the Samurai swords

• Front donut buttons, branded with laurel leaves

• The front pocket lining is an olive-colored herringbone fabric

• Samurai Jeans original red tab

• Hammered copper front rivets at point of stress engraved with  " SAMURAI CO LTD"

• Goatskin leather patch

• Extra heavy stitching for rugged wear 

• "Made in Japan"

The model is 185cm tall, weighs 75kg and is wearing a size 34.

Relaxed, straight cut with a roomy rise and hip, paying homage to WWII jeans.

To get the look and feel just right, we not only researched the cotton yarns of the era, but also details like thread gauge, unique thread colors, period stitch width, etc., and then added our own samurai magic to the mix.

The denim is 15 ounces in weight and is made from Texas cotton spun into slubby #6 threads.

Although this denim is relatively lightweight compared to other types of samurai denim, the tough texture and roughness of the fabric have made it a favorite of many denim fans.

Keeping in mind the specifications for jeans at the time, we opted for some unique details, such as olive pocket bags in a herringbone pattern and leaving some uncut parts of the fabric (usually these parts are cut or removed on modern jeans)...by SAMURAI JEANS "
